Who you'll be working with

Two qualified teachers, not a tutoring agency

You'll know exactly who is teaching your child, and you'll have the same tutor every week.

Annabel Physics & Maths

Annabel came to maths through physics, which shapes how she teaches it — every method gets tied back to what it's actually for, so students stop memorising steps they don't understand.

Amy teaches maths in a private school and specialises in A Level. She marks to exam-board standards day in, day out, so she knows precisely where the marks are won and lost.

What we teach

Every stage of school maths

Ages 7–11

KS2

Times tables, fractions, arithmetic fluency and SATs preparation — with a lot of attention paid to keeping maths feeling doable.

Ages 11–14

KS3

The bridge years, where gaps quietly open up. We find them early and close them before GCSE content starts stacking on top.

Ages 14–16

GCSE

Foundation and Higher tier, including resits, across AQA, Edexcel and OCR. Past-paper technique, targeted topic work, and the exam-day habits that protect marks.

Ages 16–18

A Level

Pure, Mechanics and Statistics, across AQA, Edexcel and OCR, taught by a current A Level teacher. Also useful for students needing maths support alongside Physics or Economics.

How it works

Straightforward from the first message

Tell us about the student

Their year group, exam board, and what's going wrong at the moment. A short message is plenty — we'll ask the rest.

Pick a time that works

Choose a slot from our live availability below. We'll confirm by email and send joining details or the address.

Lessons, then a short write-up

Each session is planned around the last one. After every lesson you get a brief note on what we covered and what to practise.

Sessions run online by video call, wherever you're based. Students local to Manchester can also be tutored in person. Rates depend on level and format — message us and we'll send current pricing the same day.
